Available Catering Formats: We offer several service lines – depending on your event needs and budget, one of the following will work for most budgets:

  • All Bites Meals and Tasting Menus: This is our signature tasting menu format where all the food is either passed or is a combination of passed tasting dishes and bites and stationary food displays.
  • Cocktail Menus: Do you need just a few bites to serve at your next cocktail party? We can develop a delicious menu of delicious bites and sexy cocktails which will wow your guests with sophistication, flavor and flare.
  • Buffet/ Plated Meals: Beautiful breakfasts, lunches and dinner which can be plated and served to your guests tableside or set out on a beautiful buffet,
  • Drop-off: Packaged Bites and/or meals you can serve to your guests. Drop-off catering does not require a chef or wait staff, and is our most economical option. We deliver the food packaged neatly with heating instructions. If you would prefer to not heat anything, we have a wide variety of room temperature options as well. We can also send a chef to help you set-up your food prior to your party.

Bite offers custom menus of foods that are a feast for both the eyes and the palate. You provide the fabulous guest list and our food and we will provide the food and service to match.   • Wedding Catering: Immaculate menus matching your wedding theme, color, and feel. Ask for a proposal for your wedding reception, bridal shower, or rehearsal dinner.

  • In- Home Catering: Our team of professional chefs and event staff come to your home to see to every detail of your party.
