Last week, I was fortunate enough to attend the Breeders’ Cup at Santa Anita and to also attend the Judith Lieber Event. The highlight was the food at Judith Lieber. It was all delicious! Joberde kept us filled with food and he was so very kind!

Absolutely, I could write volumes on each of the items. David and I haven’t stopped talking about the catering, nor have any of our guests. My friend is confident her upcoming wedding reception won’t be as tasty or have as many choices as you provided for us. Plus, you know how much we loved Dylan and Kellen... My only regret is that we didn’t have a video camera running in the kitchen. It would have been fascinating to watch the prep and transformation. Not to mention the kitchen was cleaner than the way you found it. Visions of artichoke beignets are still dancing in our heads. And my gluten-free friend was thrilled and very touched that you personally came out with a plate specifically for her. All of you were so unbelievably attentive.

Dear Elizabeth, Thank you SO much for the amazing food at the party yesterday. Everyone is still talking about the incredible variety of selections from the tiny cheeseburgers to the macaroni and cheese, root beer floats--I could go on and on. You and Martin are truly amazing chefs and Rodney and Jules were such gracious servers. I really appreciated them making repeated trips up the stairs to feed the die-hard Laker fans and they even brought little plates of treats to Alex and Patrick in their rooms. The food last night was spectacular! Those dates flew off the platter faster than any of the tapas, but they were all scrumptious. People also raved about the hummus and tapanade. Everything seems very freshly made and the presentation very nice. Marcus did a great job. He was very helpful the entire night and even shifted into bartend mode when I needed an extra hand. Thank you for helping make the party a huge success!!!

I would like to thank you for a wonderful event. It was different from what we were used to. People were kind of skeptical at first. Some were worried that there wouldn't be enough food. But towards the end, everyone was too full to have another bite. All the dishes were delicious. Every single one of them. Your staff were attentive, friendly, and professional. There was just one problem, I had trouble keeping people away from the hallway door. They wanted to be the first ones to taste. My doctor who owns the company, liked your food, so that is a big plus. Hi Elizabeth, I just got back from three weeks with my daughter in London and haven't had a chance until now to thank you for the excellent wedding rehearsal dinner. I never heard so many complements on food, starting from the very beginning of your service. Everyone loved the idea of nibbling tasty morsels all evening long and not having to break up their conversations to sit down to a formal dinner. It made for a very congenial and friendly evening for 75 people who were just getting to know one another. Each lovely item was delicious, inventive and strikingly crafted. The milkshakes that ended the evening were a triumph. I realize how labor intensive your artistry is and I am sorry we didn't call you out of the kitchen for a round of applause. Your staff was professional, yet friendly and fun. They made sure each person was offered all of the beautiful creations. The bartender worked non-stop with a smile on his face serving the thirsty crowd. It was a wonderful evening. Jay and Deirdre were delighted. I had a little concern about arranging the event from 3000 miles away, but could not have been happier with the way it worked out. You are to be commended. If was lovely talking to you and your husband for a few minutes at the end. I am sure you will both be successful in your enterprises. Please use me as a reference when ever you need one. We loved working with Chef Elizabeth!!! She obviously loves what she does and you can see it in the amount of care and detail she pours into her food. We hold two client parties a year, and this year for our post-holiday party we used Bite Catering Couture. Our clients are all from the various movie studios, so a young hip crowd. She has a great flare with food, the presentation was so impressive, and the complements we had were just outstanding - I honestly don't know how we are going to top ourselves next year! The miniature soup shots with grilled cheese sandwiches were such a hit, I just can't say enough about how well they were received! Everything we included on our menu, we just adored. Bite Catering is a wonderful company. Chef Elizabeth did a phenomenal job. She was easy to work with and even handled all related details such as getting cocktail tables and wait staff. She was on-time, very proficient and the food was absolutely superb. When the party was over her staff cleaned up the kitchen in record time - you could barely tell that we even had a party when she was finished. Although this was a private party at my house, I would definitely hire her for my professional events as well. I highly recommend Bite Catering and I would without a doubt use them again.

Chef Elizabeth creates a delicate, edible coffee cup truffle -- made of chocolate, of course -- and fills it with expresso-infused chocolate. It is as wonderful as it sounds, and will completely charm you and your guests. All of her truffles and amazing array of chocolates are goodies that should not be missed. Her tempting treats will dazzle....indulge!
