Our signature tasting menus combine beautiful bites and mini dishes with buffet stations, allowing your guests constant access to a dazzling array of tastes. Prepared fresh by our seasoned chefs and served by our warm and friendly wait staff, our all bites tasting menus allow for a culinary adventure of sorts while also enabling your guests to move and mingle freely while enjoying the diversity of a spectacular tasting menu more gradually over a longer period of time. You are also free to enjoy your own party, as Bite's chefs and wait staff will keep the party flowing.

Enjoy a tasting menu of 7-20+ Bites over the course of 3 hours (Light cocktails start with 4 different types of Bites)
Cocktail party format allows guests to mingle as food is brought to them
Professional chefs finish food on-site; wait staff circulate it immediately to guests
Reduced rentals: Fewer tables/chairs required and significant reductions in plates, place settings, and silverware
Menus range from $35-100/guest food cost ($1000 mimumum) + chefs, wait staff, rentals, and taxes. (Light cocktails start at $20/guest in food cost)
Our Bites menus may also be combined with our Buffet/ Plated Meal line to give you further flexibility with your party's format.
Drop-off catering is Bite's most economical option and is popular for clients with smaller events or who are interested in a more limited set of items.
Our drop-off foods are simpler items from our menus, requiring minimal preparation on site. We pack our boxes with instructions for heating and/or assembly. Its a great way to get a taste of Bite for smaller or less elaborate events!
Unfortunately, some of our most popular items, requiring on-site preparation, are not available in the drop-off format.
Menus range from $20-50/guest ($500 minimum) food cost + taxes, rentals, and delivery.
